  • All original tags, packaging, and labels are intact

Returns that do not meet the above criteria may not be accepted.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping will be covered by us.

  • For all other eligible returns, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


8. Cancellation Policy (Optional)

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled as a return.
